    Van Susteren first shot to fame in the mid-1990s, when she covered the O.J. Simpson murder case for CNN. After jumping to Fox News in 2002, Van Susteren’s On The Record program has surged in the ratings by concentrating on mysterious missing persons/murder cases. Her facelift and makeover upon securing the Fox gig got her the cover of People magazine.
