The Hill’s Jeff Dufour reports today that, of all people, Tom Delay might be ending his freeze on the media. He might, even, just a wee bit, you know, here and there, be wooing the Capitol Hill press corps.
“The House press corps is all aflutter over [the new communicatication director's] new practices, which include making the full transcripts of DeLay’s pen-and-pad briefings available and sending out daily e-mail briefings (which even begin “Good morning folks” or with a similarly friendly salutation),” Dufour says.
