Holy Sh&%. Howie Kurtz in 1991 on C-SPAN

It turns out WaPo‘s Howard Kurtz has a twin. It’s actor Alan Alda. In 1991 he had some serious bang action going on — and it’s all captured by C-SPAN. In this segment he discusses the most sought after Talking Heads in the business.

“Television has a way of boosting your visibility,” he told C-SPAN’s Steve Scully at the time, adding that it doesn’t hurt your bank account either.

Check Kurtz out here on “Washington Journal,” and here in 1993 talking about his book, Media Circus.
