UPDATE: Turns out that Marty did send out an email, but not the exact one sent below…some similarities, some differences. The fool FishbowlDC strategy is working!

Cap Leader is working hard to keep their newsroom leak-free, which, in their quest to be the best, would certainly make them the first in at least that category:

    I’m angry that Patrick Gavin of Fishbowldc is providing false information about our publication, apparently via someone in our newsroom. Please note that one of our newest hires used to work with Gavin and others have had close social relationships with him. The question is: Are you going to be loyal to him or to us? marty

And, for the record, we’ve extended an invitation to Marty to correct us whenever and wherever he thinks we’ve erred.
