  • And this interesting tip that rolled in yesterday:
    Brauchli doesn’t oversee the Web site–he oversees the editorial operation, including the Web newsroom (through Brady). The disposition of the business side of WPNI is still up in the air, so Mayer’s future was uncertain at best (though there was some thought about moving her back into corporate on the finance side). … Oh, and if you think Brady may be leaving, you’re smoking something–in the new structure, he got a huge promotion! He’s not going anywhere except the 15th Street (combined) newsroom. I’m sure they’re carving out space on the North Wall for him right now. Don’t expect Bennett to stick around, though…
