My Name is Arianna and I’m a PDA-aholic (and She Doesn’t Mean Kissing in Public)

smell-flowers.jpg Arianna Huffington is on a mission to save us from ourselves. She and Health’s Editor-in-Chief Ellen Kunes are commanding women to unplug our gadgets and spend 30 minutes a day “off the grid.” In another words, no gadgets (iPods, BlackBerrys, Kindles, Laptops, etc..) for this brief time frame.

Back in January, HuffPost Editor-in-Chief Huffington along with Glamour‘s Cindi Lieve presented women with a challenge: get 7 1/2 hours of sleep each night and don’t recharge your gadgets anywhere near where you sleep.

Huffington plans to keep her promise to her daughters to stick to the “No Blackberry during meals” promise she made to them.
