What was up with Chris Matthews, Keith Olbermann and, to a lesser extent, Tom Brokaw ripping on John McCain following his (admittedly subpar) victory speech last night?

Here’s one clip, although it doesn’t really do it justice. The full effect was seen in the 10-20 minutes following McCain’s speech:
