Robert Novak 1931-2009
Robert Novak died at home this morning after a battle with brain cancer, the Chicago Sun-Times reports.
Novak was a syndicated columnist, journalist and conservative commentator who wrote the longest-running U.S. syndicated political column, Inside Report since 1963. Novak was also a notable television personality, appearing on many shows for CNN such as The Capital Gang, Crossfire, and Evans, Novak, Hunt, & Shields. He was 78.
