When did you last cry and why? about four years ago while driving. I have no idea why. NPR was on, but I don’t think that was it.

Jack Shafer (Disclosure: he’s an email friend whom I haven’t seen in person for about a year and a half, though he’s still a better friend than David Corn, whom I don’t know, and Michael Isikoff, whom I’ve never met, wouldn’t recognize, and whose name I had to google to spell right.)

Have you ever downloaded a podcast? If so, which one? once. I did a podcast for slate and wanted to hear how it turned out. they made me sound much smarter and more articulater than i am
