Scarborough on Shuster

We caught up with Joe Scarborough today at the Huffington Post’s lunchtime panel discussion and asked him for his thoughts on his recent on-air tiff with MSNBC colleague David Shuster.

“I got a lot of reaction to it, that’s for sure,” said Scarborough. Positive or negative? “Well, mostly positive but that’s just because [the people who disagreed with me] are less likely to approach me and say, ‘Hey, you’re an a**hole.’ ”

“David and I hugged it out and he’s a friend. We made sure to have him on the next day. … [Our argument] is just what happens when you’re going on two hours of sleep a night, which we both are.”
