Slevin Leaves The Washington Times
Washington Times Vice President Jonathan Slevin has left the paper. He wrote us:
I asked for and received a leave of absence to finish Clash of the Gods, which is a novel about Christianity, Judaism and Islam at war. I have two previous non-fiction books commercially published and decided over a year ago to try my hand at a spy thriller, since it is timed very well with current world events. My parting from TWT is amicable and may well be temporary.
Some people think that there’s more to this (and we have to concede that the sudden disappearance of Slevin’s name from the masthead — sans fanfare — was a bit odd). But until we get more proof, we’ll take his word for it.
