“He’s sometimes disagreed with me. I asked him about those comments, and he said to me, ‘You should have heard what I said about the other guy.’”

“I like his perspective; I like the perspective he’s going to bring to this job, and I think you’ll like it too.”

Snow: “One of the reasons I took this job was not only because I believe in the President, because believe or not I wanted to work with you [the press]. These times are going to be very challenging. We’ve got a lot of big issues ahead…. I’m excited and can’t wait.”
