What To Expect Today In Court

Tim Russert’s cross examination is expected to last at least two hours today. Jill Abramson has been subpoenaed to testify by the defense and they want to call her as their first witness tomorrow (essentialy to rebut Judy Miller’s claim on the stand that she told Abramson about Joe Wilson’s wife). But the government is trying to stop this and the lawyers are expected to argue this today…
