Colleagues, Please join NPR News in wishing a fond farewell to two of the hardest working women in showbiz. After publicizing NPR News, its work, and personalities, Leah Yoon and Laura Perloff are tackling an even greater challenge: The 2008 presidential campaign. They will be working for the McCain campaign in the Midwest. With Laura and Leah in the mix, we understand that the Obama people are totally rethinking their strategies in key battleground states including Michigan, Wisconsin and Indiana. We know that Leah and Laura will work hard and do well. Senator McCain’s political future depends on that.
