Why No Love For Tim?
We’ve gotten some “what up with that?” emails from people wondering why NBC U Chairman Bob Wright and NBC U TV Group CEO Jeff Zucker couldn’t be found at Monday’s Broadcasting & Cable Hall of Fame dinner (you know, the one where they honored NBC’s Tim Russert).
“Tim is a major star,” says one industry type who attended the event. “Wright and Zucker missed a huge opportunity to show support for someone who continually brings in ratings and money for their organization. What a misstep.”
