Will CQ Learn Its Fate Tomorrow?

Exactly one month ago, FishbowlDC confirmed with sources that the Economist Group was set to purchase CQ. Both sides have been mum since we broke the story on June 19th. Today, CQ‘s Robert Merry sent a company-wide email calling for an all-hands staff meeting tomorrow at 10am. Could tomorrow be the big day that Merry discloses the pub’s fate?

To All CQ Publications Employees –

I am calling an all-staff meeting for tomorrow morning at 10 a.m., at the XXX(deleted by FishbowlDC)XXX. Our meeting tomorrow morning will be in the XXXX. Please arrive in sufficient time so the meeting can begin precisely at 10 a.m.

It is my anticipation that all employees who can make will be there.
