Are You Ready for the BookExpo?

Bill Barnes and Gene Ambaum of Overdue Media have deployed the characters from their webcomic, Unshelved, to create “What Would Dewey Do @ BEA?” a hilarious graphic guide (PDF) to what librarians—and other attendees—can expect when they hit the convention room floor at BookExpo America in a few weeks. One thing missing from the comic, though: Overdue Media’s own booth (#1246), where Barnes and Ambaum will be raffling off a grab bag featuring all four collected volumes of Unshelved and a complete collection of the ancillary merchandise. They’ll also be giving a talk called “A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Library” on June 2.
