How do you sort out the promotional duties when you've got an anthology with more than two dozen contributors? One solution is to round up as many of your authors as you can for a video shoot, as editor Hilary Black did in this promotional trailer for The Secret Currency of Love, a new book about the ways in which money affects women's relationships.

New Yorkers can hear more from Secret Currency of Love contributors next week, as Black brings Marnie Hanel, Rebecca Traister, and Sheri Holman to McNally Jackson on January 12, and then chats with Rebecca Johnson and Amy Cohen in a lunchtime event at the 92nd St Y's Tribeca outpost on January 15th.

(We sorta wish there were longer video segments with the women talking about their essay subjects, but then they do make these things so we'll want to go out and read the book, after all.)
