Grandparents, business travelers, and soldiers have always struggled to share books with the children in their lives, and one company has developed a virtual way to read a book to your favorite kid.

The recently launched A Story Before Bed website allows anyone to record a video and audio of themselves reading a children's book out loud. Using a computer's webcam, they can easily share the book with a child. The company has priced individual recordings at the introductory price of $6.99 and offers free reading coupons for military parents.
