Fake Writers a-Go-Go!

If you haven’t had your fill of all your favorite fakes, then monologuist Mike Daisey (of 21 DOG YEARS fame) is your man. Starting on October 5, he’ll be at Ars Nova starring in TRUTH, which “follows the fictional and nonfictional self-destruction of A Million Little Pieces author James Frey, the sordid and shocking tale of non-existent, world famous transsexual author J.T. LeRoy, and the mystery of the wildly prolific multiple personalities of Portuguese poet Fernando Pessoa.” Tickets are $20, and it promises to be an entertaining show, that’s for sure…
