GalleyCat Goes to the Dogs

Now that our hotties contest is over, it’s time to fulfill a promise I made back in June, when readers upset that we were devoting an entire day to cat pictures demanded equal time for their canine companions. That day is Friday, so if you’re a writer or a publishing industry professional and you own a dog, send us a photo (put “DOG” in the subject header, please) and tell us a story about why it’s the cutest dog ever, and we’ll get as many of them up on the blog as we can before you all bail for the weekend. In this shot, for example, Bella Stander of Book Promotion 101 shows us her son “the Boy Wonder” nestled between the family dog Jenny (in the front) and her friend Wolfie—”I don’t know his real name,” she writes, “but that’s what everyone calls him, for obvious reasons.”
