It Was That Kind of Party

We had no idea that when Hotties of Publishing Liz Scheier and Stephen Barbara finally met at last night’s mediabistro.com book industry party, they’d get along quite as well as they did.* Luckily I was there to capture the moment on, well, not film, exactly, but “a powerful miniature hard drive” doesn’t quite have the same ring to it. In addition to our two winners, several other finalists from the poll came by to celebrate, along with a couple dozen publishing professionals from all corners of the industry.
