As another cold winter morning dawns in New York City, publishers have posted three new jobs. Like a hardboiled gumshoe, GalleyCat has been investigating publishing work on the mediabistro.com job boards. For your resume-making pleasure, here are the new postings.

First up, Marshall Cavendish Corporation–Benchmark Books seeks an Editor. Next, Scholastic needs a Director, User Experience/Interface/Site Construct.

Finally, Rodale is looking for an Editor at Rodale Books. Here’s more about the job: “The Editor will be responsible for working with Runners World and Bicycling magazines to develop and produce book projects as well as acquiring titles independently. Working relationships with major agents and a strong knowledge of the sports, fitness, and health categories are essential.”
