Gawker just reported that American Airlines has started a “laughable” blog. With posts such as “We are very sorry for inconveniencing you with the cancellation of a portion of American Airlines’ flights,” I have to concur. If they really wanted to connect with their customers, they should link to the free downloadable copy of Dear American Airlines being offered this week by Jonathan Miles.
