It began with an item in Robert Feder's Chicago Sun-Times column, got picked up by Romenesko, and then to Editor & Publisher: Roger Ebert is writing his memoirs. That's all we know right now; he doesn't even really have a contract with Broadway Books, so there's no guarantee he'll even finish the manuscript. If he does, though, I for one want to hear what it was like to go to high school with David Ogden Stiers. (Also, did you know that Ebert's an exact contemporary of Paul McCartney's? June 18, 1942!)
