Philip Pullman Releases Enhanced Edition of “The Good Man Jesus and the Scoundrel Christ”

Today Enhanced Editions and Canongate launched an eBook app for novelist Philip Pullman‘s new book, The Good Man Jesus and the Scoundrel Christ. The digital edition contains an audiobook, ebook, and video footage in a single package for the iPhone. In the video embedded above, Pullman shared his thoughts about the future of publishing and introduced his new book app.

The app currently retails for $16.99 in the iTunes Store–a premium price for the award-winning style of app from Enhanced Editions. Pullman is the author of the bestselling His Dark Materials trilogy.

Also included are nearly 20 minutes of intimate, exclusive video Q&A with the author, in which he expounds on how the book came to be, his own religious beliefs, and how he hopes the novel will be received.”
