The article interviewed the book's publisher, Carl-Johan Gadd, who said: "We made sure from the beginning that the author didn't use the name of Holden Caulfield or anything else that might be trademarked so we are very confident about the future of 60 Years Later." Last week GalleyCat wondered if this book could be a parody (and therefore protected by fair-use laws in the U.S.), and Gadd's bibliography points in this direction as well.
