The Last Hottie Post (Until the Summer, Anyway)

After discovering that she’d been left out of our most recent hottie author feature and its followup, occasional friend o’the’Cat, and author of Rain Village, Carolyn Turgeon demanded to know why we were leaving her out—so I promised I’d rectify the situation before we left for the weekend!

Meanwhile, an anonymous reader suggested we pay tribute to “hottie literary couples” like Jonathan Safran Foer & Nicole Krauss, or Paul Auster & Siri Hustvedt. So I thought about that for a while, to see who else I could come up with… Michael Chabon & Ayelet Waldman, natch, and Charles Ardai & Naomi Novik…oh, and Michael Drinkard & Jill Eisenstadt! But after that, I confess, I had a bit of a brain freeze…also, there was more web searching involved than I wanted to do on a Friday.
