Gail Carriger‘s Soulless was one of our favorite books among the many ARCs that publishers were handing out over the BookExpo America weekend—a zanily charming blend of Victorian manners and vampire hunters. Carriger, dressed for high tea, met with future fans at the Orbit section of the Hachette Book Group booth Friday afternoon, where we asked her about the importance of proper etiquette and attire.
