Jason Louv, who I "met" over the phone last fall while researching a PW feature on New Age publishing, is leaving his position as a book editor at The Disinformation Company, fellow Disinfo editor Alex Burns reports on his blog. According to the company newsletter, Louv, who edited a collection of essays from young magicians called Generation Hex, will be channeling his energies into his own projects, created under the Ultraculture banner. "I want to thank Louv for bringing some inspiration and renewal to the TDC team at an important transition," Burns writes in the company's announcement. "Given Louv's emphasis on real-world projects and physical manifestations of magick, we'll be no doubt hearing from him soon."
