Klausner Technologies, which sued Apple in December for patent infringement over the iPhone, has revised its suit and refiled it against both Apple and AT&T along with several other defendants.

InformationWeek reports that the new suit, filed by New York-based Klausner in a Texas court on Wednesday, alleges that Apple and AT&T violate its patent for "Telephone answering device linking displayed data with recorded audio message," which it was awarded back in 1994.

The new Klausner filing follows close on the heels of another patent infringement suit against Apple, this one by Mirror Worlds, which, according to InformationWeek, used to sell desktop search and organization software.

Both suits were filed in the Eastern District of Texas.
