Cars.com has added access to new car pricing to its mobile site, making it even easier for consumers to do on-the-spot research and be prepared for negotiations with slick car salesmen. According to Sharon Knitter, senior director of consumer products at Cars.com, a recent survey showed that 39% of Cars.com's mobile users accessed the mobile site while on a dealer's lot.

Other content already available to mobile users includes new and used car listings, access to the Kelley Blue Book, a car payment calculator, local dealer info and access to blogs, reviews and news.

The mobile site, powered by Crisp Wireless, launched in May of last year.
