In the latest episode of "Who's Preloading What Exclusive" Samsung will preload a Java application from CNN International on handsets it sells in EMEA, Asia-Pac and Latin America, MocoNews reports. The deal, which is a Samsung exclusive for six months starting in June, provides one-click access to the CNN International mobile site. The app also comes with a built-in bookmark for uploading content from the phone to CNN's iReports citizen journalism site.

According to the article, CNN, which doesn't make deals for exclusive content, considers the partnership with Samsung an "application deal."
