Vollee, which operates a streaming 3D mobile game service, has inked a deal to deliver the virtual world of Second Life to cell phones. According to 3G.co.uk, Vollee did some reformatting of the Second Life world so it fits on the smaller mobile handset screen and mapped phone keys to in-world commands.

Residents of Linden Lab's Second Life virtual world on the PC will be able to simply log into the mobile experience and new users will be able to start their Second Life residencies on their 3G phone.
The mobile Second Life world is accepting applications from folks who want to participate in the beta program.
