Refresh Mobile, the company behind the Mippin mobile portal, has come out with Mippin Maker, a free service that lets publishers mobilize their Web sites without a lot of effort.

According to Mobile Entertainment, Mippin Maker is supposed to make it easier for publishers to quickly build a mobile site in keeping with their branding guidelines, without having to create an entirely new feed for the mobile version.

The company claims that it only takes about 15 minutes to work through the four-step "mobilize, customize, publicize and monetize" process to end up with a useful and great looking mobile site.
