iTunes Canada Ramps Up Video Catalog

Apple just confirmed that Canada's top television programs, a few from the US, and the NHL are now available from Canadian iTunes, according to an Engadget report. The new selections include CBC's "Little Mosque on the Prairie," "South Park," as well as NHL Games of the Year. Each is available for CAN$1.99.

Canadian Apple fans can't buy an iPhone yet. But they can buy iPods, many of which are video-capable, and then purchase shows and NHL games from iTunes Canada in order to view them on the go.
