Gordon has filed a sexual harassment complaint against the Miami Herald's Carol Rosenberg alleging that Rosenberg showed "appalling behavior" including making comments about the Commander's sexual orientation. The statements were allegedly made while Rosenberg and other members of the media were at the Guantanamo Commission's press center.
