Heath Ledger Gets True Hollywood Story (NYP)
Heath Ledger is about to get the full James Dean treatment on TV. Ledger, who died of an accidental prescription drug overdose last January at age 28, is the subject of an E! True Hollywood Story next week which promises to be just the beginning.
Family Guy creator, Google Teaming Up (NYT)
In September, Seth MacFarlane, creator of Family Guy on television, will unveil a carefully guarded new project called Seth MacFarlane's Cavalcade of Cartoon Comedy. Unlike Family Guy, which is broadcast on Fox, this animation series will appear exclusively on the Internet. Google will syndicate the program using its AdSense advertising system.

Gannett Reorganizes Newspaper Division (E&P)
Gannett Co. Inc. said Friday it is reorganizing its U.S. Community Publishing division, reducing the number of regional groups by one to four and seeing off two retiring top executives. Under the new structure, five regional groups have been reorganized into four: East, South, Interstate and West.
Top 10 Emmy Finalists Announced (B&C)
In an effort to curb leaks and rumors surrounding the Emmy Awards online, the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences released the top 10 finalists in the best comedy and best drama series categories for this year's Emmys.
