The royal family scored a legal victory today when a French court ordered a French gossip magazine to turn over all digital copies of photos of a topless Kate Middleton.

This morning on the TODAY show, Twitter's CEO Dick Costolo announced a major redesign that places more emphasis on images. Now, users have the option to upload cover photos and feature recently tweeted pictures on their profile pages.
