Dow Jones News Chiefs Swap Jobs (Guardian)
Dow Jones Newswires is reshuffling its most senior news executives and will revamp its newly tabloid Wall Street Journal Europe. Gabriella Stern, the senior editor of the Europe, Middle East and Africa region, will become the senior editor of Asia Pacific, swapping jobs with Marcus Wright.

Google Finalizes AOL Deal, Offering New Shares (CNET, SJ Merc)
CNET: Google and Time Warner's America Online unit have finalized an agreement by which the search giant will invest $1 billion for a 5 percent stake in AOL. San Jose Mercury News: Google estimated the sale of 5.3 million new shares would add about $2.1 billion to the $8 billion the company holds.
Ask.Com's New Look 'Scores Big Points' (WSJ)
Walter Mossberg: I've been testing the new Ask.com against the search champ, Google. I've found that in terms of relevant results and ease of use, Ask holds its own and even beats the champ on some searches.
