American Society of Landscape Architects Seeks Talented PR Manager

American Society of Landscape Architects is looking for a talented public relations manager to join its D.C. team. Here, you’ll develop and work with print and online media to promote the association, raising visibility of the landscape architecture profession.

Using your expertise, you’ll create and implement strategic plans to support ASLA programs, including National Landscape Architecture Month, the Sustainable Sites Initiative, ASLAs awards, the ongoing Public Awareness Campaign and more. You’ll also collaborate with other team members to reach membership, advocacy, marketing and educational goals.

Ideal candidates should have at least five years of experience in PR, marketing or media relations, as well as top-notch verbal and written communications skills. Have you worked in a firm or with associations and their chapters? Perfect. Those with social media experience and familiarity with Dreamweaver and basic HTML are most wanted, too. Interested?
