Well we did get interviewed by CNET's Natali Del Conte last night, but it didn't make into her final cut.

However, if you scroll to about 2:30 in the video, you will see me chatting away in the background (on the left) as she speaks with Baratunde Thurston, Web Editor of the Onion.

As I mentioned in another post today, Charlene and Josh are making the rounds to promote their excellent new book: Groundswell: Winning In a World Transformed By Social Technologies.

In conjunction with the book launch (which officially hits May 1st) they've launched a powerful free tool, The Social Technographics Profile, which allows you to profile your customer base, and then develop a social technology strategy.

We spoke with Karyl Levinson, VP of Corporate Communications for Forrester, who did her job by saying the book will be a "must have" for PR and marketing pros. We hope to have a full interview with Karyl up soon.
