When Kara Says AllThingsD, She Means ItA few weeks ago, our buddy Dylan Stableford asked us to contribue to his 2008 media predictions story for Folio magazine. In essence, I said: More writers will move from print to digital. Not exactly going out on a limb, I know, but we've already seen one high profile move, and we're only two days into 2008. The WSJ's Kara Swisher announced yesterday that from now on, she's strictly digital: First, after almost eight months of daily blogging for this site, I think it is safe to say that I will probably never write another thing professionally for a print publication and will spend the rest of my career -such that it will be- publishing online only.
