DeGuzman previously spent 16 years at MTV Networks working primarily for MTV in the communications department, including a stint as Senior Director from 2005-2008.

“I’m looking forward to watching and screening all of great reality shows Bravo has coming up,” DeGuzman told PRNewser in a phone interview today. A self proclaimed “Jersey girl,” DeGuzman is especially a fan of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey,” she said.

She will report to Frances Berwick, General Manager, Bravo Media and Cameron Blanchard, Senior Vice President and NBC Universal Women & Lifestyle Entertainment Networks.

DeGuzman replaces Johanna Fuentes, who left Bravo in February to join Showtime Networks as vp, corporate public relations.
