New Facebook COO on PR Tour

Newly appointed Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg is on a PR tour, and The Wall Street Journal’s Kara Swisher tells us more about it.

The tour seems to be going well so far, with glowing reviews in both Fortune and of course, The Wall Steet Journal. (Written by Carol Hymowitz, not Swisher, who files only to her Boomtown blog.)

Adhering to her journalistic duty, Kara makes sure we know that she got the story first: “Ah, the appeal of a fresh face is just irresistible to the press-OK, including BoomTown, except we posted more than a month ago!”
