"Our Digital Influence team has taken off with our clients. Why? Our approach to digital word of mouth that leverages social media is truly relevant to communicators and marketers who need to innovate today," said John Bell, managing director of 360° Digital Influence. "Virginia and Adriana are both leaders in digital and word of mouth. We couldn't be more excited to have them join our global team."

Miracle joins as a Senior Vice President and Head of Digital Strategy. Previously, Miracle served in Corporate Strategy, Online Advertising, and Word of Mouth Marketing with Dell, Inc. Gascoigne is Vice President of Digital Strategy for California and is based in Ogilvy PR's San Francisco office. She will spearhead digital word of mouth and social media strategy for California. Gascoigne brings deep experience in digital public relations, marketing and social media strategy. Most recently, Gascoigne served as Vice President of FutureWorks Media. Her responsibilities included managing the implementation and execution of all marketing communications activities, client blog creation and vlog production, strategy and execution of client social media campaigns, blogger and vlogger relations, production of customized company social networking profiles, production of client promo viral videos and serving as a video blog host for a variety of sites, including Bubblicious, AlwaysOn, MeeVee and BuzzShout. In addition, Gascoigne writes for her own, daily tech blog, is the founder of Girls in Tech -- an organization which caters to influential young women working in the technology industry and is a seasoned speaker for industry conferences, such as The Web Video Summit.
