In the wake of Gawker’s Super Poke at Richard Edelman last week, those located in Silicon Valley might want to sign up for the Churchill Club’s talk next Tuesday titled: “Who Do You Trust? Trends in trust and influence for the next generation of business leaders”.

Edelman joins Facebook’s Chief Privacy Officer Chris Kelly to address the burning question, along with Robert Cialdini, president, Influence At Work and author of “Influence: The Psychology of Persuasion” and Anastasia Goodstein, founder, Ypulse and Author of “Totally Wired: What Teens & Tweens Are Really Doing Online.”

The discussion will be moderated by Katie Hafner of The New York Times.

We’ll keep an eye out to see if Hamilton Nolan gets one of his Valleywag counterparts to attend. It could get interesting.

PS: Check out the recent Frontline for an amazing look at teens growing up online.
