Lisa Hsia has been promoted to EVP of Bravo Digital Media, overseeing BravoTV.com and TVWithoutPity.com as well as initiatives in mobile, gaming, and other digital technologies. She was previously SVP, a position she held since 2005.
Goodyear’s SVP of global communications, Chuck Sinclair, has announced his retirement on March 1. He’s held that position since June 2003, and has been with Goodyear for 26 years. Joe Ruocco will serve as interim SVP in addition to SVP of HR until a replacement is found, Tire Review writes.
Pauline Draper-Watts has joined PRIME Research as SVP, North America. Previously, she was chair of the Institute for Public Relations’ Commission on Measurement and Evaluation. She’s also worked as SVP of Millward Brown, a WPP research firm.
Cari Guittard has joined Howard Consulting Group, a D.C.-based public affairs firm, as VP of global affairs. She was previously executive director of business for Diplomatic Action. The new hire, as well as others, mark the firm’s expansion to San Francisco.
Aaron Moskowitz has joined social media marketing firm Marketingworks as chief digital officer. He has previous experience in web development, quantitative analysis, and other areas.
