Spin the Agencies of Record…Comes Up Empty

Perhaps it’s the timing of the holidays, perhaps it’s the economy, or a combination of both. The “Agency Roster” news feed on PRNewswire–our source for about half of the account win news in “Spin the Agencies of Record”–contains no press releases except for Mayo’s charity shoe toss which we just covered. This is the first week this has happened since PRNewser launched 16 months ago.

New account news can be sent to us without issuing a press release. We usually post a round-up late Monday, or early Tuesday to coincide with the Agency Roster update.
