Today, Late Night with Jimmy Fallon announced that it has scheduled appearances by Rolling Stones former stoner Keith Richards and Lauryn Hill during the week-long tribute to Bob Marley that starts tonight. Richards will be talking up his autobiography and his acting turn in the upcoming Pirates of the Caribbean film on Wednesday. And Hill will be singing a couple of classic Marley songs on Thursday. How Not to Promote Your Book, Unless You’re Keith Richards

Keith Richards, who has been promoting his new memoir Life, hit a reporter in the head while he was being interviewed.

The incident happened about 10 minutes into a discussion with Markus Larsson, a reporter with the Swedish newspaper Aftonbladets. According to Larsson, “He stood up and asked if we would put out the lights and settle the disagreement straight away.”

PopEater says the disagreement stemmed from a three-year-old grudge over a bad review Larsson wrote about a Rolling Stones concert. Richards asked for an apology and Larsson refused. Maybe Richards wrote the book just for the face-to-face opportunity?
